Vernissage:
Biting my
Tongue
Welcome to the vernissage for this year’s graduation exhibition with students from the Master’s program in Fine Art at HDK-Valand.
The title Biting My Tongue refers to the interplay between the spoken and different types of silence. In the exhibition, materiality and mysticism coexist with investigations into norm criticism, psychosocial health, sexualization and corporeality, as well as digitality and existential questions. Often, the students use ironic strategies to investigate the building blocks of language and interpretations of words.
We offer drinks and snacks, and the artists will be present for conversation.
